QuicklyPro

QuicklyPro is a healthcare startup focused on bringing tele-rehabilitation and clinical care into patients' everyday lives. They developed Q-Walk, a wearable device for gait rehabilitation that provides customizable visual feedback to help users with their mobility. As a UX/UI designer at Mia Platform, I contributed to the design of the app and platform for QuicklyPro. I focused on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that supported their patient-centered approach. My work helped ensure that the app and platform were accessible and adaptable to meet the needs of users.

The rehabilitation process

Q-Walk is wearable medical device that projects customizable visual feedback on the ground to help patients improve balance and safety during gait training. The rehabilitation process involves setting up personalized plans via platform or app. Patients can perform exercises alone or with a physiotherapist. When an exercise begins, the Q-Walk device uses the specific settings set through the platform or app to project guiding lights onto the ground, directing the patient's movements. This system provides a focused and interactive way to guide patients through their therapeutic exercises, supporting a more effective rehabilitation process.

The Products

For QuicklyPro, I designed the QP-Rehab platform and the QuicklyPro App, both Class I CE and FDA-certified medical devices. QP-Rehab allows healthcare professionals to manage patient care, create custom rehabilitation sessions, and monitor therapy progress through detailed graphs, with video calls for remote communication. The QuicklyPro App connects clinicians and patients, with features like a metronome for gait training, video visits, and a variety of training programs to improve balance and stability. The app also integrates with Q-Walk, a wearable device, to gather data and offer personalized feedback. My design focused on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that support effective rehabilitation and patient care.

The process

The design process kicks off with a thorough examination of the client's business objectives. After we undertake a series of preparatory activities, such as user research, benchmarking and wireframes, to ensure optimal solutions, we develope detailed UI mockups and specifications. Through a cyclical, agile, and iterative approach, we work to craft the solution that resonate the most with the users.
